Freedom In Form is a high-level coaching immersive for flutists who are ready to dive into a period of creative growth. Our time together offers a profoundly supportive space for your body, mind, and spirit so you may anchor into your unique musical gifts and step fully into your artistry. Over the course of 6 months, you are guided through a period of deep study that ultimately come out the other side sounding authentically like yourself. Whether you are here to welcome a new instrument, build a stable and adaptable foundation of technique, to heal your relationship with music, or to gain reliable access to beautifully vibrant tone — you’re in the right place.

Single Coaching Session
As the locus of communication between body and soul, your heart is where your true calling lives always. My job is to guide you deeply into your clear, calm center so you may receive the wisdom and guidance of your own soul. As we turn down the static and I carefully attune to your system, these 60-minute sessions get straight to the heart of the matter. Our time together creates a safe chamber for radical honesty where your most sacred dreams may be gently unearthed and brought to life. The natural result of sitting deeply into the seat of who you are is that everything gets easier by being more of yourself.
