My work as an educator, coach and musician is a synthesis of 20+ years collecting knowledge and tools to work within the multitudes of human experience.

I am endlessly fascinated by the intricate layers of being human and I love helping people generate an upward spiral in their lives. It’s truly beautiful to witness all the ways that outer life circumstances naturally respond to an inner landscape teeming with safety, love and belonging.

So much of the wisdom we need to sculpt our lives is evident in the tissues of our body. I have the great privilege to study human anatomy through hands-on dissection at the Institute for Anatomical Research. Interacting with a cadaver – the physical artifact of one’s life – is incredibly intimate work infinite in its teachings.

My background includes multiple decades studying, practicing and teaching yoga, experience as a triathlete, certification in Pranic Healing energy work, working with the unconscious mind, and training as an End of Life Doula.

I also draw from a rich well of experience as a flutist. I perform internationally, including a tour with Jethro Tull, and have presented for Folk Alliance International, the National Flute Association, and university workshops in the US. My studies include undergraduate work at The Hartt School of Music, graduate work at The California Institute of the Arts, and graduate work at The Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.
