My name is Molly McLaughlin and I am endlessly fascinated by the intricate layers of being human. My work as a coach, healer, educator and musician is a synthesis of 20+ years collecting tools and knowledge to support people through transformation.

My background includes decades practicing and teaching yoga, working as a massage therapist, experience as a triathlete, certification in Pranic Healing energy work and working with the unconscious mind.

I have had the great privilege to study human anatomy through hands-on dissection at the Institute for Anatomical Research with Gil Hedley. So much of the wisdom we need to sculpt our lives is evident in the tissues of our body. Interacting with a cadaver – the physical artifact of one’s life – is incredibly intimate work infinite in its teachings.

I draw from a rich well as a flutist with extensive performance experience, including a tour with flute rock legend, Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull. I have showcased at Folk Alliance International, the National Flute Association, and presented university workshops across the US. My education includes undergraduate work at The Hartt School of Music with John Wion, graduate work at The California Institute of the Arts, and graduate work at The Irish World Academy of Music and Dance.

In addition to the many brilliant teachers I have worked with, I am also a devoted student of plant medicine and nature. I have undertaken multiple year-long studies of the natural world through listening, photography, and ritual practice, and have worked with White Birch and Tobacco in a Master Tree Diet led by Jordan Mockingbird.

I love helping people generate an upward spiral in their lives. It’s truly beautiful to witness all the ways that outer circumstances naturally respond to an inner landscape teeming with safety, love and belonging.
