Workshops

As inherently creative beings, we are designed to flourish and to grow. A big part of the work I do is leading people through experiential workshops that tap directly into the gift of our aliveness. Weaving together a wealth of anatomical studies, illuminative teachings of mind, and a treasure trove of experiential practices, we enter together into the laboratory of Self. These spaces are an opportunity to witness the impact that wonder, awe and appreciation have on our individual vitality and the ecosystems we are a part of. Workshops may be tailored to university settings, private groups, community gatherings, and corporate environments.
